Sundays are for relaxing

After an exhausting week of work or school, the idea of a lazy Sunday is very tempting! Finding ways to practice self-care can improve your mood, health and self-esteem. Self-care doesn't need to involve an expensive day at the spa, we have some tips on how to create your own spa day right at home.

Enjoy your coffee (or tea)

Throughout the week, mornings are typically rushed with no time to sit and enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea. Take time to sit down, sip and relax.

Move your body

Regular exercise releases endorphins (feel-good hormones) and helps de-stress after a long week. Sunday is the perfect day to try out that new class or go for a longer workout that may have felt impossible to swing during the week.

Nourish your hair

Your hair goes through a lot of abuse with regular heat styling and brushing. Using a conditioner each time you wash helps, but a hair mask goes the extra mile. You can even multi-task and let your hair mask work its magic while you relax in the bath.

Relax with a face mask

Speaking of masks, we love a good face mask and Sundays are the perfect day to indulge! Dry skin? Clogged pores? Dehydrated skin? There's literally a face mask for every skin concern.
